Ok so the carpet is brown, not red, but the event is major, and Terri looks super styling! The inverted pleat dress is another perfect fitting black halo frock, and is the reason that celebrities like Terri wear black halo all the time. Of course US had to feature this look too since she looks so good. Apparently before being a super hot M.I.L.F. Terri was a character on Star Trek. Who knew?
